For years, Nissan had split their account among several agencies. But in the Fall of 2019, they wanted to build a bespoke collective that could handle everything. Tier 1, tier 2, retail, regional, sales events, multicultural, activations, digital, social, experiential…all under one roof. That roof happened to be TBWA/Chiat/Day. And less than two years later, Nissan United is a model of how to run a huge, complicated piece of business smoothly, and make the work better in every channel.
